Terms of Service

Nayra is a software service that lets you create galleries for your clients, deliver photographs, manage your calendar and charge for your work. We provide the tool; the photographic work and the relationship with your clients are yours.

We offer a free plan with limits and paid plans with more capacity. Features announced as “Coming soon” are not available yet and are not part of what you are contracting today.

You need an account to use Nayra, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens from your account. Let us know as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be of legal age in your country and provide truthful information. An account is for one person or studio: don't share or resell it.

The photographs and other material you upload remain yours. We claim no rights over them.

You give us permission solely to store, process and display them to the extent necessary to provide you the service: generating previews, applying your watermark, delivering them to the clients you authorize and sending the notifications you trigger.

You are responsible for holding the necessary rights and authorizations over what you upload, including the consent of the people portrayed.

You may not use Nayra to store or distribute illegal material, to send unsolicited communications to people who did not give you their details, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform or access other studios' data.

Sending emails and messages to your clients is a feature of the service, not a mass marketing tool. Abuse may lead to the suspension of the account.

Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel whenever you want from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices are stated in United States dollars and may not include the taxes applicable in your country. If we change prices we will give you at least 30 days' notice and the change will apply at your next renewal.

Every plan has a storage limit. Once you reach it you won't be able to upload more files until you free up space or change plan; what is already uploaded is kept.

On the free plan galleries have an expiry date and are archived automatically when it is reached, with advance notice by email. On paid plans galleries do not expire while the subscription is active.

We work to keep Nayra continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: there may be maintenance, incidents or failures of external providers.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something relevant to your plan we will give you reasonable advance notice.

You can close your account whenever you want from Settings. When you do, we delete your studio, your galleries and your files, and the action cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that does not pay, or whose use puts the platform or third parties at risk. Except in serious cases, we will notify you beforehand.

Nayra is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you is limited to what you have paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to it.

None of this limits the rights that your country's consumer law grants you on a mandatory basis.

Keep your own backups of your material. Nayra is a work and delivery tool, not a backup archive.

If we modify these terms we will publish the new version here and update the date. If the change is substantial we will notify you by email. Continuing to use Nayra after it takes effect means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Nayra has its registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you reside.
